Last Saturday, the prestigious diamond company Damiani hosted a star-studded charity auction, held in the Lancaster Ballroom of the glitzy Savoy. The Lady Godivas string quartet lead a newly formed string orchestra especially for the event, which entertained the guests with some beautiful h'orderves of Faure's Pavane, Kanon by Pachelbeland Eine Kleine Nacht Music by Mozart. Followed by Strauss's Blue Danube, Moon River, Por Una Cabeza and Czardas.The evening  finished on a high note, with the orchestra playing the exciting Lady Gaga song Poker Face, Bittersweet Symphony by the Verve and Palladio by Carl Jenkins.
